Job summary

Four Seasons in Houston is seeking a friendly Banquet House Attendant to set up and clear banquet spaces, arrange linen, china, silver and props, and attend to guest needs during events. You will ensure spaces stay clean and prepared for service while working with fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• Position regularly involves lifting boxes and materials weighing up to 70 lbs, plus pushing and pulling loaded carts.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
