The iconic Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to join their food and beverage team! This 455-suite property offers views of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan, just two blocks from the Magnificent Mile and a mile from the Theater District. We’re a 12-minute walk from entertainment, restaurants, and boat cruises at Navy Pier, and 8 minutes from the Chicago Riverwalk!

Shift Pattern: Candidates should be available to work AM/PM/Overnight shifts as needed, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $23.90 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet House Attendant, you will set up, maintain, and clean banquet facilities for functions, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Participate in setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet areas in accordance with Hilton standards
• Arrange equipment and decorations for functions
• Keep service and storage areas clean and organized, perform deep cleaning as assigned
• Follow safety policies during all phases of setup and service
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members to meet specifications

You may also perform supportive functions and assist other departments as needed.
