Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Lead the team with motivation and direction and ensure quality standards.
• Greet guests and accommodate needs at events.
• Communicate with guests about menu questions.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed.
• Assist servers during peak periods with food and guest requests.
• Cross-train in F&B to back up outlet leaders when needed.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and cleanup.
• Ensure service areas are clean and safe.
