Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality guest service and comfort at all times.
• Know menu items, specials, beverages, and wines; read BEOs.
• Serve items using appropriate china, glassware, and garnishes.
• Assist other servers and housepersons as needed.
• Relay guest feedback to management promptly.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Uphold safe serving practices for alcohol service.
• Assist with table setup and event break-down.
