Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a friendly banquet server to help set up and service events in our on-site catering venues. You will arrange tables, linens, dishes, and glassware according to specifications and greet guests with courtesy throughout functions.

You will also serve food and beverages, prepare condiments, and break down the banquet room after events, transporting soiled items to the dishwashing area.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room per catering specification sheet (linens, dishes, silverware, glassware).
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests using trays and/or buffet carts.
• Prepare and set up condiments.
• Break down banquet room after completion of function; remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware and transport to dishwashing area.
