Qualifications

• At least 2 years as banquet captain or senior server.
• Hotel banquet experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting spaces for banquet and catering events per BEO; ensure service quality and hospitality.
• Coordinate with kitchen on event timing to have meals ready as per event order.
• Ensure sanitation procedures for food handling safety are followed.
