Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh, tear down and maintain all banquet spaces according to function orders.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of banquet areas and storage spaces.
• Transport and arrange tables, chairs, and other equipment; refresh rooms as needed.
• Assist in loss control, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Notify management of hazards and maintain warm, friendly service.
