Job summary

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club seeks a banquet operations assistant to maintain outstanding service, room presentation, and guest satisfaction. You will help with handling, storing, and maintaining equipment to prevent loss or damage, and support event logistics across the property.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3 months of related experience, plus Safe-Serve/TIPS CPR and other certifications. A driver’s license and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to interpret/extract information and perform arithmetic functions.
• Minimum education of a high school diploma and at least 3 months of job-related experience.
• Certifications listed: Safe-Serve, TIPS Bar, CPR, Food Protection Manager, Food Handler, Alcohol Server/Seller.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms to Club/Resort standards for each function.
• Pre-arrange equipment, china, and supplies for events.
• Assist with transportation of supplies, equipment, and food & beverage across property.
• Ensure A/V needs are met and tested before events.
• Address last-minute client requests and changes.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation in food & beverage storage areas and event spaces.
