Job summary

Owl's Nest Resort in Thornton, NH is seeking Banquet Servers to join the events team. You will contribute to client and company expectations through food and beverage service, table maintenance, and station setups for weddings, conferences, and special occasions.

You will report to Banquet Captains and receive daily assignments, delivering warm, hospitable service while upholding cleanliness and organization across banquet spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Organization and attention to detail, positive attitude, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Event execution from start to finish; set up, service and break down.
• Maintain server section of tables of event floor, keeping guest tables cleaned.
• Completion of daily side work assignments, including maintaining service areas, cleaning and polishing silverware, glassware.
• Provide warm and hospitable interactions with guests
