Job summary

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required; one-month related hospitality experience and/or training.
• Must have valid NH driver3 license and favorable driving record to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Uphold impeccable standards of food, beverage, and guest service excellence.
• Extend a warm welcome and ensure prompt seating for guests.
• Offer informed recommendations on menu items and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of buffet and break tables during events.
• Efficiently transmit orders to the kitchen team.
• Skillfully transport food trays and manage return of chinaware, silverware, and glassware.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests; be attentive to dining progress.
• Maintain and reset tables for subsequent guests.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist in setup, cleaning, and revitalization of function rooms.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and foster positive relations within a diverse team.
