Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers at events.

• Answer questions regarding the menu and coordinate with guests.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed.
• Assist other servers during peak periods in serving meals.
• Train staff on plated and reception style service.
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
• Oversee setup, execution, and cleanup for events.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
• Keep service areas clean and safe at all times.
