Job summary

Concord Crabtree, INC is seeking a Banquet Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead guest service for hotel events, including receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. The role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality service.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with a full benefits package and performance-based bonus potential. Prior banquet/hospitality experience is preferred; a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel banquet experience required.
• Be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, co-workers.
• Punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Lead the team with motivation and direction and assure that all standards of quality are in place.
• Greet guests and accommodate all guests’ needs at events.
• Communicate menu-related questions to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests as needed to assist the team.
• Train others on serving plated and reception-style meal services (training provided).
• Oversee setup, execution, and cleanup for events.
• Anticipate guests' needs and monitor the dining experience for satisfaction.
