Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht Club in Northeast Florida is seeking an experienced banquet/server supervisor to oversee all special events coordinated through the Catering Events Department. The role requires coordinating with event staff to deliver exceptional member service in a fine dining environment.

Candidates should have several years of restaurant or club experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years full service restaurant, private club server or banquet server experience.
• Minimum of two years management or supervisory position experience.
• Must have good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and reliable; arrive on time.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Supervise banquet service staff and ensure top service standards.
• Coordinate with Catering Events team to ensure member satisfaction.
• Train and orient new staff; manage daily operations as directed.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous interactions with members and guests.
• Oversee setup, bar requisition, and function orders for events.
