Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with the events team to meet guest expectations. The role offers $15.16–$16 per hour, flexible hours, and Hilton employee discounts to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in event setup or hospitality roles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong communication to collaborate with the events team and respond to guest needs.
• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization in high-traffic areas.
• Attention to detail in following event specifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours ( evenings and weekends ).
• Experience in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Transform event spaces by setting up tables, chairs, and equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining our high standards of service.
• Assist in the breakdown and resetting of event spaces, ensuring a smooth transition for subsequent events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring all equipment is in top condition and readily accessible.
• Communicate effectively with team members and event coordinators to address any last-minute changes or requirements.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during setup and breakdown to provide a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Support the banquet team by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally during events.
