Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at The Convention Center in Montgomery, AL, is seeking a Full-Time Banquet Setup Supervisor to lead our banquet setup team and ensure exceptional event organization. You will supervise and assign duties to Catering Aides, coordinate with culinary and events staff, and ensure proper setup and breakdown of all catering functions according to the BEO.

Qualifications

• Experience leading banquet setup and service operations.
• Ability to supervise and motivate catering staff to maintain service standards.
• Familiarity with BEOs and event setup requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper setup and breakdown of all Catering Department functions including meetings, meal functions, receptions, dances, exhibits, etc.
• Supervise and assign duties to Catering Aides under your supervision and lead by example.
• Inspect all meeting rooms to ensure the proper setup is as called for on the BEO.
