Accor is seeking a Convention Set-Up Supervisor to lead our Banquet & Set-Up team, ensuring flawless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate load-in/load-out, supervise staff, and maintain space readiness across ballrooms and function spaces.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment. This on-site position at our Scottsdale property supports Accor's commitment to outstanding

Qualifications

• Warm and caring personality.
• Previous Banquet Set-Up or Supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand BEOs and diagrams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing and leading a team of Banquet & Set-Up housemen.
• Communicating load in/out information to all parties involved.
• Monitor groups loading in/out of ballrooms and protect assets.
• Inspect ballrooms before/after load-in/out; conduct weekly space walkthroughs.
