Job summary

Trump National Doral - Miami is seeking a Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a friendly, professional manner. You will greet guests, assist with service flow, maintain cleanliness, and follow the captain's instructions to uphold the resort's high standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handlers Certification required.
• Alcohol Compliance Responsible Vendors Certification required.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Grooming standards: neat and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, service-ware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages and maintain consistency with Banquet Leader's expectations.
• Bus dishes promptly after each course and/or meal.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room for the next function.
• Perform side work and cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
