Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and etiquette.
• Able to communicate in English and understand guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Gather supplies and set up banquet room as described in the Banquet Event Order.
• Attend stand up meetings to learn function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food/beverages per Banquet Captain's instructions to ensure consistency.
• Bus dishes promptly and replenish beverages as needed.
• Reset banquet rooms after events and prepare for the next function.
• Perform side work and maintain health standards; follow safety procedures.
