Job summary

• Serve banquet guests per Standards of Operation.
• Understand Banquet Event Order (BEO) format for setup.
• Set up and tear down events quickly and orderly.
• Maintain high level of service for memorable guest experience.
• Perform opening and closing duties per Banquet Manual.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote morale and teamwork on and off the floor.
• Cooperate with allied Club departments.

Job description

Job Duties/Tasks

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of serving routines.
• Provide complete service to the Banquet guests according to the Standards of Operation.
• Thoroughly understand the format of a Banquet Event Order (BEO) so as to set up the necessary components of the event.
• The ability to set up and tear down events quickly and orderly.
• Maintain the highest level of service to provide all banquet guests with a memorable experience at Glen Oaks Country Club.
• Consistently perform all required opening and closing duties as spelled out in the Banquet Manual.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Promote high morale and enthusiasm among staff by providing a positive and team-oriented mentality both on and off the floor.
• Provide a high level of cooperation and communication with all allied Departments of the Club.
