Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino is seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee and supervise banquet events assigned by the Banquet Manager. You will ensure client satisfaction for food and service, and train and supervise server and bartender staff.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage event details per BEO, and professional communication with guests and team members. You will support event success and maintain high service standards during marketing events and concerts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; strong oral and written communication; good people skills; six months minimum Banquet department experience; proven dependability.

Responsabilités

• Review pertinent BEO for all details outlined for assigned Event(s).
• Assign tasks to Servers during Event and supervise performance.
• Assign and supervise PRE and POST Event support activities (polishing, table/buffet setup, breakdown).
• Resolve any Event problems to Client's satisfaction.
