Responsibilities

• Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
• Prepare a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold items.
• Arrange sauces and garnishes for the allocated station.
• Store prep items with correct dating and labeling.
• Notify Chef in advance of shortages.
• Serve menu items to established standards.
• Use food prep tools per manufacturer instructions.
• Close the kitchen and follow closing checklists for stations.
• Maintain a sanitary work area at all times.
