Job summary

Wyndham Westward Look Grand Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Cook II to lead banquet food preparation and supervise kitchen staff. You will ensure high-quality presentation and efficient service in a resort setting.

The role requires supervisory experience or culinary training, a valid Food Handlers Certification, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests at Aimbridge Hospitality-managed property.

Qualifications

• Progressive kitchen experience required; supervisory preferred.
• At least 5 years in culinary roles or a culinary graduate with 1+ year in hotel/related field.
• Food Handlers Certification required (must comply).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise food items for banquets with precision and presentation.
• Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues to keep kitchen running smoothly.
