Responsibilities

• Set up stations and collect supplies for service
• Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, poultry, and vegetables
• Arrange sauces and garnishes for allocated station
• Date and store food prep items properly
• Notify Chef of shortages
• Serve menu items according to standards
• Use food prep tools per manufacturers' instructions
• Close the kitchen and follow closing checklists
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area at all times
• Keep storage areas tidy and products stored properly
• Follow safe and hygienic food handling practices
• Return dirty utensils to appropriate areas
