We are seeking individuals to join our Banquet Culinary team to deliver authentic and memorable experiences to our guests and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly rate ranges from $20.50/hr to $25.00/hr, based on experience and education.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and ability to produce consistent quality products.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and temperature guidelines.
  • Minimum 4 years of line experience in a banquet setting.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
