The goal of the Banquet Chef is to manage the banquet kitchen. The Banquet Chef will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to create and implement menus and concepts, and execute high-volume banquet functions. This role involves leading the kitchen for various banquet events, from client tastings to large VIP galas, and requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to facilitate large-scale production for on-site and off-site catering.
The salary range for this position is $70,600.00-$88,100.00, based on experience and education. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be made accordingly.
