Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to join the opening team for JW Marriott Reston Station as an In Room Dining Server. This role supports luxury guest experiences, delivering food and beverage with a focus on precision, timing, and guest satisfaction in a premier Virginia location.

We seek team players with strong English communication, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to a high-standard dining program. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Ability to meet standards of appearance and be a team player.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around a busy dining area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver all VIP amenities for guests.
• Service all hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Complete all shift side-work as outlined in the hotel’s operating policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest needs, issues, comments to ensure quality experience; report to supervisor.
• Handle cash according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
