We are seeking an energetic, experienced cooking professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a love for service and hospitality. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required to promote teamwork and guest satisfaction.

• The Banquet Cook prepares specialized innovative cuisine per guest orders following production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment and adheres to Four Seasons Food Standards.
• Works with team to ensure a flawless final product and supports other kitchens and stations.
