Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Chicago seeks a talented On Call Steward who delivers exceptional service and supports a world-class kitchen. You will clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchenware and equipment while contributing to a polished dining environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, current Illinois Food Handlers Certificate, and strong English communication. Prior kitchen experience and legal US work authorization are essential factors for consideration.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must hold a current Illinois Food Handlers Certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Attention to detail and problem solving with a customer-service mindset.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of all major kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals.
