Limelight Hotels seeks a skilled Banquet Cook III at our Boulder, CO location to help with station assignments and prepare hot and cold foods for banquets according to Chef specs. This role reports to the Banquet Sous Chef and participates in maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

You will follow established recipes, manage multiple cooking stations, and collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate service during events.

Formación

• Proficient written and verbal English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Guest-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking, broiling, grilling, sautéing, roasting, blanching, and other cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food handling, safety, and restaurant guidelines.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work under stressful circumstances and adapt to changes.
• Ability to collaborate with kitchen team to achieve goals.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve food items according to standardized recipes and chef specifications.
• Follow daily prep lists to ensure items are ready for service.
• Cook food to order and manage sauté, grill, and roasting stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas.
• Assist with storage, deliveries, and inventory organization.
• Support station setup, service, and breakdown; handle post-shift cleaning.
