Qualifications

• Must work well with support departments and maintain high quality standards.
• Ability to work under high stress/fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be able to speak and write English clearly.
• Flexible and long hours are required.
• Experience in a high-end kitchen with multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean all food prep areas to maintain par stocks and efficient production.
• Comply with Maricopa County Health Dept regulations on the assigned station.
• Ensure all food preparation, supplies, products are properly received, handled, prepared and stored.
• Maintain own station and assist wherever needed to ensure timely service.
• Maintain consistency of product with attention to food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Break down/clean station at end of meal and shift; minimize waste.
