Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in hotel, banquet, or catering kitchen.
• Knowledge of banquet-style service, buffet prep, and large-volume cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present banquet menu items per hotel recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations for banquet service.
• Coordinate with banquet/catering teams to meet event timelines and dietary needs.
• Follow brand standards for quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas.
