Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and brand standards to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Inspect and use only high-quality food items for menu preparation.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of product and equipment as required by health regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist in banquet setup and displays.
• Assist with coordination with other departments and hotel programs as needed.
