Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary experience in hotel, banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on quality and presentation.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Available to work holidays, early mornings, evenings, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook banquet menu items following recipes and standards.
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper food temperatures for events.
• Maintain sanitation, labeling, and FIFO procedures.
• Collaborate with chefs, banquet staff, and stewarding for seamless events.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and safe; minimize waste.
• Assist with event breakdown and kitchen organization.
