Promotes superior guest service.**Minimum Qualifications**Four years’ culinary experience in a high volume themed banquet setting. Two years of culinary school plus two years of experience may be substituted for four years of culinary experience. Must possess basic knife skills and the knowledge of safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers in English.
