Job summary

Miami Environment & Energy Solutions is seeking a Banquet Setup Professional to complete opening duties for the conference service department and set up tables, chairs and equipment per diagrams. You will ensure rooms meet safety and sanitation policies and provide exemplary service to employees and guests.

You'll refresh water stations, reset rooms between meetings, greet clients, maintain clean work areas, and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a similar duties position.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple setup tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Print daily sheets and prepare signage.
• Set meeting rooms and lobby area as indicated.
• Refresh water stations for all meetings.
• Greet clients and offer assistance.
• Maintain clean and organized storage/work areas.
• Reset rooms between meetings and end-of-day restocking.
• Report maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
