Qualifications

• Hotel experience is advantageous and relevant education/experience is preferred.
• A culinary diploma is considered a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary execution for our hotel's special events and craft memorable menus.
• Oversee banquet kitchen staff and day-to-day operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
