Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wadsworth, OH, for a Banquet Chef. The Banquet Chef will oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking for banquets and events. Daily tasks include menu planning, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. The Banquet Chef will work closely with the event planning team to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and general Culinary Skills
• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
