Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a banquet chef to lead catering operations in our Huntsville venue. You will plan menus aligned with BEOs, ensure guest expectations are met, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain quality and cost controls.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in culinary roles, a culinary degree or equivalent, and ServSafe certification. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced hotel banquet environment.
