The Lodge at Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores, Alabama, is hiring a Banquet/Catering Cook to prepare culinary delights for guests and hotel clientele. You will handle daily prep in pantry, fry stations or other kitchen areas, ensuring quality, appearance, and safety standards are met.

Required is a high school education or equivalent; a culinary certificate or degree is preferred, with 3–6 months in a food/beverage setting. Strong knife skills, safety knowledge, and English proficiency are essential.
