Responsibilities

• Oversee events and supervise setup and breakdown of function rooms.
• Coordinate with kitchen, front desk, and sales staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personalized, friendly service and act as guest contact.
• Ensure compliance with Vision Hospitality Group brand standards and safety protocols.
• Complete pre-function inspections and post-function reviews.
