Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of banquet events.
• Review BEOs and execute set-up and breakdown.
• Train new team members and elevate service standards.
• Participate in day-to-day operations and uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with front of house and heart-of-house teams to ensure seamless events.
