The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, in Sunny Isles Beach, is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet service and ensure flawless events with the culinary team.

You will supervise banquet servers, coordinate with event planners, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential. Evening and weekend availability required to support events at peak times.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate our team of banquet servers to ensure flawless service.
