Job summary

Hilton Denver City Center in downtown Denver is seeking a Buffet Attendant to set up, maintain and break down buffet stations for breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will assist guests, ensure proper service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Expect flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. The role requires attentive, guest‑oriented service and teamwork with the Banquet and Culinary teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Read BEO and set up buffet per plan.
• Set and maintain buffet stations during service.
• Assist guests and respond to questions using suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and storage areas.
