We are looking for motivated and friendly Banquet Captainto join our team.We are seeking a meticulous banquet captain to supervise and manage all banquet events for our Club. As the banquet captain, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring that banquet operations run smoothly, and prioritizing the comfort and safety of our guests.
To be a successful Banquet Captain, you should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple streams of information. Ultimately, a banquet captain should remain calm in highly stressful situations and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
Regular attendance is required. Additional hours including weekends and holidays may be required on a regular basis to fulfill duties of position. Seeks approval before overtime is incurred. At times, an individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.

This position primarily works both indoors and outdoors. At times, extreme temperatures may be part of the environment. Work requires exposure to temperatures sufficiently high to cause bodily discomfort. The noise level is usually moderate. Schedules vary and may include weekends, holidays, etc. as determined by business needs. During busy season (i.e., generally September through May), open availability is expected.
Category III: Position engages in activities normally without exposure to blood or body fluids.
Pay: $15.70 per hour and part of the gratuity pool.
