Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in serving food and beverages to guests at banquet functions according to hotel standards.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and coordinate with the catering team.
• Set up banquet tables and spaces to meet hotel standards and function requirements.
• Respond to guest needs promptly and communicate issues to the Food & Beverage Manager.
