Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in banquet or events environments.
• Hands-on food service knowledge including banquet setup.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving.
• Clear communication with guests, kitchen, servers, and planners.
• Understanding of F&B operations and event timing.
• Experience in hotels or branded venues is a plus.
