Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience in banquet or food service.
• Food Handler’s card required.
• Ability to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Must perform the physical job duties of all Guest Services team members.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquets and events with professionalism.
• Provide impeccable guest service and maintain confidentiality.
• Set up events according to event orders; manage staffing and schedules.
• Train staff and organize workloads; coordinate with departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and safe environment; manage supplies and service ware.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and POS systems.
