The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame, boasting 10,000 square feet of banquet space and located in the vibrant Eddy Street Commons directly across from the University of Notre Dame, is looking to add a Banquet Captain to our team.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a passion for hospitality and service, and be detail-oriented. Experience with banquet operations is required, along with a flexible schedule.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising food and beverage service during banquet functions to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assisting with planning, organizing, and executing all banquet events, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions, and galas.
• Greeting and welcoming clients and guests, responding promptly to requests.
• Leading department meetings and coordinating team efforts.
• Processing banquet checks accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
