At the conclusion of each event, you ensure that unused food is returned to the kitchen, that designated condiments are broken down and properly stored, and that all banquet supplies are returned to designated storage areas. You total all charges for the function and prepare and present a check to the function contact for payment, adhering to all policies and procedures for payment processing.
