Banquet Captain Overview:

A Banquet Captain is a supervisory position within the Banquet department. Responsibilities include supervising banquet staff, maintaining meeting/function rooms, and ensuring smooth banquet operations while prioritizing guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting managers with staff scheduling and training
• Overseeing banquet event preparation and wrap-up
• Maintaining and ordering inventory
• Reading and understanding Banquet Event Orders
• Supporting other staff members
• Responding professionally and promptly to guest needs
• Standing and walking for long periods
• Maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:
